Return Policy

We cannot accept returns for items purchased through one of our retailers. Please contact the retailer for their return policy.

Wholesale Purchases

We will gladly accept exchanges of new, unused, and unwashed merchandise in salable condition with a receipt from our website within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping on all non-defective items. "Non-defective" means the product is produced to the specification Colored Organics Inc. The "Defectiveness" of a product is at the sole discretion of Colored Organics Inc. Items may be returned for exchange or store credit only. No refunds will be issued. To begin processing your exchange please follow the "Return by Mail" process below.

"Wholesale" pertains to products purchased from Colored Organics Inc. that have the Colored Organics label applied to them.

Private Label Purchases

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED.

Although we do not issue refunds, replacements or credits for Private Label purchases, we value your satisfaction. You will be assigned a customer service representative who will be in contact with you throughout the production process to ensure the best possible outcome. Once the order is placed and the payment is cleared the order will take 12 weeks to be produced and delivered. We will contact you once the first payment is cleared to continue the order process.

"Private Label" pertains to products purchased from Colored Organics Inc. that are specially produced for a customer under their own label.

Return by Mail

When paying for return postage, we suggest you insure the package via USPS or FedEx, purchase tracking services for your protection and save the shipping receipt for your records. We will only be able to credit merchandise that is physically received by our warehouse.

  1. Make a copy of the invoice that was sent with your package for your records
  2. Circle the item(s) that you're returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.
  3. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice
  4. To initiate your return please contact customer service at 866.709.2326
  5. The Customer Service representative will provide you with return shipping information
  6. Affix your return shipping label to the packaging. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.
  7. Take the package to your nearest drop off location

All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. Shipping charges are not refundable. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.

Exchange by Mail

Return your purchase using our "Return by Mail" process (within 30 days of your order date). Order your new merchandise at the same time you call customer service. We will pay for the cost of shipping to and from Colored Organics, in the case of an exchange. Availability or replacement item is not guaranteed. If the item you request is not available, we will process the item as a return. We'll bill your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.

Changes and Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please call 866.709.2326 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

* If you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion or special deal, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.

** Once the initial non-refundable payment is processed for a private label purchase, cancellation will result in the customer's forfeit of those funds and the release of Colored Organics Inc.'s obligation to deliver the product.

Delivery Related

Incorrect Shipping Information

If packages are returned to Colored Organics Inc. due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Colored Organics Inc. is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Colored Organics Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Colored Organics Inc. will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
